The Heart and Soul of Phakama Bantwana

Phakama Bantwana is a non-profit organization focused on uplifting children in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. We believe that self-care, education, and community support are fundamental to building confidence and resilience among young boys and girls.

Founded out of a necessity to address the disparities faced by children in rural areas, Phakama Bantwana began its journey with a group of local volunteers who shared a vision for a better future for these children.

To date, we have served hundreds of children, providing grooming services, educational access, and hygiene support, empowering them to rise and reach their full potential.
